Finance Council Mission

The Finance Council is responsible for auditing and reporting the financial condition of the parish as well as advising the pastor on financial matters. The financial report is presented to the parish Under Canon Law, additionally the committee plan and budget the financial needs of the parish. All parishioners have a right to know and share a responsibility to operate a financially sound parish. All suggestions / ideas need to be presented to both Pastoral Council and the Finance Council but we will continue to identify other ways of increasing weekly contributions. Members with skills in finance, law and administration are appointed by the pastor.
